Benjamin joined the Firm in 2005 and became a shareholder in 2009. Ben’s practice focuses primarily upon civil and commercial litigation.  Ben has tried approximately 30 cases to a jury in state and federal courts, as well as multiple bench trials and arbitrations.  Ben represents multiple businesses, homeowner's associations, insurance companies and individuals with regard to various matters. Ben has also handled multiple appellate matters in the Colorado Court of Appeals and the Tenth Circuit.
